Introduction

This handbook documents the operational procedures and governance practices of Bitcoin Policy New Zealand (BPNZ). It provides guidance to committee members, staff, and members on how the society operates day-to-day.

Scope

This handbook covers committee operations, member meetings, and decision-making processes. For the authoritative constitutional framework, refer to the BPNZ Constitution registered with the Incorporated Societies Register. In case of conflict, the Constitution takes precedence.
